1. Service Description

Fincord helps users connect financial data providers and sync selected data to Notion destinations using user-defined mappings and configurations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Fincord. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Authorized Access and Integrations

You may connect third-party services such as Plaid and Notion. You authorize Fincord to access and process only the data required to provide sync functionality that you configure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with service availability, integrity, or security.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform beyond permitted use.

5. Data and Privacy

Our data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Fincord complies with applicable laws and your obligations to your own users or stakeholders.

6. Fees and Changes

If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing terms, and feature limits will be presented in the product or applicable order terms. We may modify features or pricing with reasonable notice where required.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

Fincord is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fincord and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fincord after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
